At Arctic Peptides, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Order cut-off time: To ensure timely processing, please place your order by 3pm EST (12pm PT). Orders placed after 3pm EST or over the weekend will ship out on the following business day.
  • Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. Most packages are delivered within 1-5 business days, depending on the selected shipping method.
  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number, which you can use to track your package on USPS.com. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking information to update once it’s been sent out.
  • USPS Holidays: We do not ship on holidays when USPS is closed. For a list of USPS holidays, click here.

Order Receipts & Email Notifications

Every order you place with us will trigger an automatic email receipt. If you haven’t received your receipt, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you find our emails there, we recommend whitelisting our email address to avoid future issues.

If you still don’t see your order confirmation, there may be a typo in the email address you provided during checkout, or you might have used a different email. Feel free to reach out to us if this happens—we’re here to help.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information when placing an order! We ship to the address you provide, so it’s crucial to make sure all details are accurate. If you use autofill, be sure to verify that everything is correct before completing your order.

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you as soon as it arrives back in our facility. You’ll be invoiced for the re-shipping cost to attempt delivery again.

Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered to the shipping address you provided. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please make sure the address entered during checkout is accurate.


Refunds & Cancellations

We are unable to issue refunds or cancel orders once they’ve been processed, including if a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or is left unclaimed at the post office. So, double-check your details, and if something’s off, reach out to us as soon as possible!
